EVA — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how KVERTI DOO ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the EVA mobile application (the "App"). By using EVA you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information you provide when you register: name, username, email address, phone number, and optional profile details (e.g., date of birth, city).
• Bookings and activity you create in the App: venue reservations, event tickets, accommodation and experience bookings, gatherings you create or join, and related QR passes.
• Location data, when you grant permission, to show nearby venues, events, and experiences and to provide meeting-point features.
• Social information such as friend connections and messages you choose to send within the App.
• Device and usage information such as app version, device model, and diagnostic data used to operate and improve the service.
• Payment information for ticket and booking purchases is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process reservations, ticket purchases, accommodation and experience bookings, and to deliver QR passes and entry verification.
• To show relevant venues, events, and experiences near you.
• To enable social features you opt into (friends, gatherings, messaging).
• To send service and booking notifications (e.g., reservation status, ticket updates).
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

• Venues, hosts and partners receive the details necessary to fulfil your reservation, booking, or ticket (e.g., name, party size, arrival status).
• Service providers that help us operate the App, including payment processing (Stripe) and push-notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
• Legal and safety disclosures where required by law or to protect users.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Contact).

5. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, update, or delete your account information from within the App.
• Control location, notification, and discovery permissions in your device and app settings.
• Adjust privacy settings (e.g., discoverable profile, friend activity) in the App.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

EVA is not intended for children under the age required by local law to consent to processing (and not under 13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice.
